FBI Seeking Information RE: Nefarious Laser Strikes

Dear USA NASA Space Agency staffer,  My name is Susan Marie CASSADY-Neuhart. ...

Now 1) information about “refraction” physics and optical telescopes is posted onto my personal web site: https://hansandcassady.org/   What I do not say – on my web site – is that I worked for General Electric – when, they were trying to help (you guys) move and bend the mirrors – placed by our USA astronauts- on the moon.That is, one day – over coffee – some of the people that I worked with (at the Daytona Beach, FL-GE) got to chatting about this. I had NOT created the “Fishbane PHYSICS” [book] art program yet; – but, it did occur (to me) – when I did [create the art program – for this college textbook [circa 1989] – that – IF- a person had a strong enough laser AND if, that laser’s beam (of light photons) – could be “bounced off” of the mirrors – that were left on the moon [just right]; then, this laser (photon) beam (could – in theory) shine back onto the earth – and, possibly create havoc.  In basketball, this is called a “bank shot”. As I state (on my web site) most American kids – at one time or another – take a “magnifying-glass” – and, catch leaves on fire - using the Sun's rays. That is, until, our parents tell us to “Stop it!”

2) Today, the USA-FBI (which my daughter works for) is “seeking information” about persons that are using lasers – for “nefarious” purposes.  As you can see (below) – I have told them – that a “government actor” [ with a very strong laser] could – in theory – be responsible  for some of the “laser beam” problems that are being reported ( by USA pilots). Obviously, it would have to be a person [an agent] with the knowledge of exactly where ( x,y,z) on the Earth’s moon the mirrors are situated; a very powerful laser; and, some heavy-duty computer-skills – to calculate the angles & rotational movements, etc.
 
So, my questions are: A) Is it known (exactly – X,Y,Z) [ in time space movement] where (on the Earth’s moon) there is a “mirror surface” – that could be “controlled” – by radio-signals – (from the earth OR a “space station”) sent to (the mirror’s “holder”)  to move (i.e. bend the mirror- or, its holder) to refract a laser beam shot at it – to ( a place) exactly where this “agent” wanted that laser beam to hit (on the earth)?
 
And, B) Is this information [ the x-y-z – space-time location] a secret? 

(I believe this information was [a secret] when I worked for GE (circa 1985).Please be assured – that I am a loyal American. I did NOT tell anybody anything then [ 1985]; nor, would I tell any person anything today (that you did not want me to tell). However, be advised – I do “populate” (my personal, “free of charge” web site) – with information that entertains me & my ( very few) readers. So, if this special “radio-controlled-mirror” does exist – and, regular senior citizens (like me) can aim laser beams (from University campuses) at it; – and, I can “put this information (in detail) on my personal web site – then, please say so. I enjoy being a girl – who knows some (small amount of) Math & Science. In fact, this why GE, NCR and SIGRITY hired me - and paid me very well – many years ago. 

Finally, since my stroke ( in 2012 ) – I am doing pretty good – however, I do NOT code software any more. Exercising (my brain) with “HTML page-making” is ALL that I do now; and, of course YOGA – as my MDs advise.

The men - who visited the moon ( in 1969 ) did leave these mirrors [ very special mirrors ] on the moon - for scientific reasons. They were subsequently used for scientific purposes.
So, related to your "investigation" [below] of someone using 'mirrors' - for nefarious purposes – Please, take it into consideration - that IF - a person knew the exact coordinates [ X,Y,Z ] - of where these mirrors were left (on the earth's moon); then, they could -with a strong enough "laser beam light" [ in theory ] reflect that laser beam of light - back at the earth.

This is discussed in detail ( as I recall ) in a textbook that Dawn helped created the content for:  "Fishbane PHYSICS". 

For example, a "government actor" - like a Russian agent - could do this. Or, any person with an Apple computer - laser-light-based "image-setter". These devices did have "lasers" contained in them. I do not recall how powerful the "laser" must be to get through the earth's atmosphere ...

July 12, 2017 -- Seeking Information Regarding Laser Strikes

Stephen D. Anthony, special agent in charge of the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), for the Northern District of Ohio, and Calvin Williams, chief of Cleveland Division of Police, are seeking information regarding two recent laser strikes, one against a Cleveland Division of Police helicopter and one against a MetroHealth Life helicopter.
Both of these laser strikes occurred on July 4, 2017, at approximately 10:15 p.m. from the 3000 block of West 31st Street in Cleveland, Ohio.

The main hazard for aviation is that pilots can be distracted or temporarily flash-blinded by the light from a laser beam. The light often is a large light at aviation distances, unlike the tiny dot a laser makes at close range. Individuals often do not realize that traveling over hundreds of feet a tiny, two-centimeter laser beam spreads to become approximately six feet of light that can block a pilot’s vision. Most laser strike incidents reported occur at flights under 10,000 feet with the highest percentage being altitudes under 6,000 feet.

Laser strikes are investigated by local and federal law enforcement. Under 18 USC 39 (A), whoever knowingly aims the beam of a laser pointer at an aircraft in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, or at the flight path of such an aircraft, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned. Under 49 USC Section 46301 (a) (5) (A), the FAA may seek a maximum civil penalty of $11,000 per violation for aiming a laser at an aircraft in violation of C.F.R. Section 91.11.

The FBI and our law enforcement partners are asking the public if they have any knowledge of the laser strikes that occurred last week. If anyone has any information please call the Cleveland Division of the FBI at (216) 522-1400. Tips can remain anonymous and reward money is available for the successful identification and prosecution of the individual(s) responsible for these laser strikes.

Wittenberg University Associate Professor of Physics Dan Fleisch will lead an Alumni Relations Lifelong Learning Lecture Series event titled “A Winter Evening Under The Stars” from 7:30-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, in Weaver Observatory. The Wittenberg Guild is sponsoring the event, which is free and open to the public. UPDATE 1/7/10: Due to inclement weather and hazardous driving conditions in the Springfield area, this event has been cancelled.

If the skies are clear, Fleisch will demonstrate how to use the 10-inch refracting telescope that was refurbished in 2003, as well as other modern astronomical instrumentation used by students and the university’s Astronomy Club. If clouds obscure the stars, Fleisch will demonstrate the telescope’s capabilities using a computer program.

Fleisch, who did radar work in the private sector for almost 20 years before joining Wittenberg’s faculty in 1998, has opened the observatory to the community numerous times in recent years, including an event in 2003 that drew more than 2,000 visitors to observe the close approach of Mars. He specializes in electromagnetic and space physics, and he is the author of the best-selling book A Student’s Guide to Maxwell’s Equations, which examines and analyzes James Clark Maxwell and his equations, which are the basis of the field of electromagnetics.

Recipient of Wittenberg’s top faculty prize, the Alumni Association Distinguished Teaching Award, Fleisch is an expert in the areas of radar cross-section measurement, radar system analysis, and ground-penetrating radar. A member of the American Physical Society, the American Association of Physics Teachers and the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers, Fleisch received his B.S. in physics from Georgetown University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in space physics and astronomy from Rice University.

The paper bags could carry a message – 1) identifying, the benefits of “recycling”,  2) Rumpke &  3) Save-A-Lot stores. Very important, these bags would not be available - for any price - in your 800 stores. That is, the bags would have to be “earned” - via being a "good recycler".  THE Save-A-Lot Store - that I occasionally visit is:  Main St., Dayton, OH  (937) 276-****  They are very nice people there (at that location) - but, they will not know my name.

Consider, Mr. Trump is being criticized for "business dealings" - with a few Russians; And yet, GE people literally have thousands - of conversations - every day - with citizens - of other counties - that literally threaten us - and, our military personnel. YES, Susan's cousin ( her "Uncle Pearl's boy" - Howard 'hopalong' CASSADY ) did win the Heisman Trophy (OSU-1955) one time.  

Mr. Griffin (however ) won the trophy twice (1974 & 1975). Susan's biological father was: Milo Gerald Cassady. The third "Cassady" son was Frances Cassady.

" Anthony Scaramucci, a top adviser to President Trump, on Wednesday said he never intended to suggest that Democrats were responsible for threats against Jewish community centers, one day after appearing to do so in a tweet.

"What I was really suggesting in that tweet is that we actually don't know who's behind it," Scaramucci told CNN's "New Day."

"And so what you're finding is there's a lot of allegations being made and I think people are suggesting that it could potentially be Trump supporters or people who that are affiliated with the president or his administration," he continued. "I think that is categorically very unfair."

But asked why he appeared to tie the threats to Democrats, Scaramucci pointed out that some Democrats got caught inciting violence at Trump campaign rallies last year.

"I tied it to what has happened in the past," he said.

Scaramucci tweeted on Tuesday that it is "not yet clear" who is responsible for the wave of threats against Jewish community centers and noted controversies in which some Democrats disrupted Trump's rallies during his presidential campaign.

"It's not yet clear who the #JCC offenders are. Don't forget @TheDemocrats effort to incite violence at Trump rallies," he wrote on Twitter.

Scaramucci immediately faced criticism for that remark, later writing a tweet trying to clarify his comment.

"No, I'm saying until we know for sure it's highly irresponsible to jump to conclusions," he tweeted. "
