TEXT ONLY     TEXT  > Our current USA President > Trump's  Opening Up America Again "plan"   <  Susan "shred" & Question GENERATION in progress  - below.
NOTE: Isaac did not notice "gravity" - he noticed objects fell toward the  earth ... Then, he pondered "why"?  The "force" was later termed "gravity" [Latin] AND measured in "Newtons".     [ See Robert Hooke - he wanted credit.  Artists like to get "credit" - for objects they create :: ]    Who gets "credit" for the "pandemic"?   --- "credit :: Note: I can "channel" Trump - when necessary - because - YES - I owned & ran a sucessful  business. "Owning" & "Running" a business Does NOT prepare a person - to be the President of the United Sates. Unless, our country wants an authoritarian ... One big difference - that I am aware of - When our market "changed" - When we were forced to "lay people off" - due to lack of work (for example) - Hans (and I) had each other - that's it. The President of the United States - has many "experts" - and, millions of Americans - to turn to. And, he has the US Treasury - to rely on. President Trump may regret - the recent tax breaks - he gave to the Richest Americans. And, with the "stroke of his pen" - he can increase the USA treasury balance.  Every American should do what they can. The "richest" Americans can do even more.  MAY GOD BLESS ANTHONY FAUCI !  WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE HIM!

As a student, I was permitted to perform an "independent study" biology project - under the direction of Professor Alice Goldsby. (circa 1981)  I learned to make a distinction between "Specimen Collection" - and "Testing" procedures - such as "hybridzation".  (I am aware the previous "testing" link opens a CDC MERS  2014 "testing" document.) Tracking of collected specimens, observations and test results is incredibly important.  At each step - in the agreed "protocol" - great care - by qualified professionals - must be applied.  We have about 350 million Americans. IF "specimens" collected - can be tested  - at the rate of ONE million - per day - then 350 days will be required to know 'Who Has The Disease organism [SARS=COV-2] present - and, who does not. Why are some Americans - "immune" to the virus? Do they possess special genes - which protect their cell & organ surfaces?  Can the magic genes - these Americans have - be "reproduced" and "cut & pasted" - for "expression" in those not so lucky - to have been born with the genes?  Relaxation of the isolation guidelines will only complicate the  clarity  we are seeking. (I am merely a retired American - with a dim memory of the process required to create a CMYK color proof - via color-separation  methods.)

I [Susan] created this html page & began the content following - on 4-19-2020 - as a direct result of visiting "White House dot GOV - and, struggling to understand the basis for President Trump's plan.  As a "retired" Software Engineering Technical Writer - who has created and documented some very complex "systems" [now called "platforms"] - for the United States Military, etc. - I have some questions - re: President Trump's lack of definition and details ... In fact, when I worked - at General Electric [Daytona Beach, Florida - simulation division] - what President Trump has commanded "his people" to do - was called "throw it over the wall" - to the Governors.
-------  ( Note (this date) - the USA Governors insisting on "testing".  --- They, apparently - have "smart people" - also. )

Currently, a "retired "American" - I created this html page & the content following - on 4-19-2020+ - as a direct result of visiting "White House dot GOV" - and, struggling to understand the basis for President Trump's plan.  As a "retired" Software Engineering Technical Writer - who has created and documented some very complex SOFTWARE "systems" [now called "platforms"] - for the United States Military, etc. - I have some questions - re: President Trump's lack of definition and details ...

In Software development - vague Requirements definition - leads to poor understanding of the capabilities the produced object must have; And typically - mistakes AND misunderstandings - related to implementation. "Oh, I didn't know [that] was important... I presumed... etc.

[column 2] CASES
Downward trajectory of documented cases within a 14-day period

OR Downward trajectory of positive tests as a percent of total tests within a 14-day period (flat or increasing volume of tests)  [ Susan QUESTION : Sir, due to 'lack of 'AND inability to obtain SARS-COV-2 accurate AND safe testing kits - Is this "realistic?  AND, who will collect and report the "observed" trajectories?]

AND Robust testing program in place for at-risk healthcare workers, including emerging antibody testing  [ Susan QUESTION :  Sir, who will decide to "Treat all patients without crisis care" AND [that] a "robust testing program" IS in place for at-risk healthcare workers?]

State and local officials may need to tailor the application of these criteria to local circumstances (e.g., metropolitan areas that have suffered severe COVID outbreaks, rural and suburban areas where outbreaks have not occurred or have been mild). Additionally, where appropriate, Governors should work on a regional basis to satisfy these criteria and to progress through the phases outlined below.  [ Susan:  Sir, please define "tailor" - as you use the term. ( https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/tailor ) For example, in the 60s - in America - "local officials" - "tailored" the voting process - so that African Americans - could not vote.  AND, please "architect" a picture of "Governors" ... working ...
